Currently, coaching is a versatile and ambiguous notion. We take the following approach to coaching: guiding learning processes and consequently one's own development. Awareness of one's own behavior whilst coaching is our primary concern. Through coaching, you will become aware of your own thoughts and behavior, even of those thoughts that are hidden very deeply! This allows you to deal with your learning situations as well as your work situations with more purpose and vigor.
Each coaching track is custom-made to suit your individual situation and goals. The track starts with an introductory meeting, in which the objective of coaching is clearly discussed. This introductory meeting will last for 2 hours and it will not commit you to anything. Depending on the goal, the number of meetings is determined, usually somewhere in the range of 6 to 8 meetings, each taking an hour and a half. In order to achieve maximum results, it is important that you make the decision as to which coaching track is right for you.
