During this module, colleagues evaluate the existing structures, processes and protocols within the company. Does every activity serve a purpose? Which methods are used to conduct different activities? Why are these methods used? Are they being used simply because they have always been used? The processes are evaluated during a “Brown paper session”. This analytical phase also deals with the basic rules of communication.
This module serves a dual purpose. On the one hand, the participants learn the basic rules of communication and on the other hand, they analyze the methods that are currently being used. Together, they result in improvement proposals from the employees which allows for improvement of the current structures and processes. The common theme running through all of these proposals is the organization's vision and its mission.
