Changes within an organization can lead to changes in management styles. A management style should always be in line with the organization's vision and mission, which serve as the basis on which management and employee goals can be determined. Nowadays, coaching is used more and more as a management style.
This module intends to teach managers to coach employees according to their individual qualities. He or she is also made aware of his or her own qualities and challenges, which can be used as attributes to lead and coach employees. By assessing the motivating and demotivating factors that are present within their department, managers can determine an appropriate course of action.
